Finish Details: The body has been refinished in transparent black. The fingerboard has been refinished, but the finish on the rest of the neck is original.

Hardware: The neck has been converted from a three-bolt to a four-bolt. The neck tilt mechanism has been removed. The original neck plate is included in the case. The pickguard has been replaced. The strap buttons have been replaced as well.

Modifications/Repairs: The body has been refinished. The neck has been refretted and the fingerboard radius has been changed to a 7.25"-14" compound radius. The fingerboard has been refinished, but the finish on the rest of the neck is original. The pickguard has been replaced. The strap buttons have been replaced as well. The neck and neck pocket have been converted to four bolts and the original neck plate is included in the case.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar is in good cosmetic condition with expected signs of aging and play wear. There are light scratches on the pickguard. Some of the plating has flaked off the tone knob. The pickup covers are tarnished with age. There are various dents and blemishes on the back of the neck from play wear. The finish is worn off around the treble side edge of the fingerboard. There is moderate finish checking around the tuners on the face of the headstock.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are wide and tall with minimal play wear. The serial number on the original three-bolt neck plate dates to 1972. The current four-bolt neck plate is not original, and the serial number does not belong to this guitar. The original three-bolt plate is included in the case. The neck heel stamp dates to February of 1972.
