Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson Dove shows plenty of aging and authentic wear, with various dings, scratches, and marks on the glossy body finish. There are repaired cracks on the front of the bass bout as well as along the bass shoulder, and light checking throughout. The neck has been refinished, and is nicely worn along the back and sides. There is a repaired headstock crack visible on the back of the neck, and the headstock face and edges are worn.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and the frets show minor play wear. The serial number is mostly illegible from the refinishing, however the bridge and other construction appointments likely date the guitar to 1965.
