Description
A new design from Gibson Memphis for the 2019 model release, the ES-235 is inspired by the brand’s classic Electric-Spanish models like the ES-125 and solid bodies like the Les Paul. The result is a semi-hollow masterpiece, featuring a single Florentine cut for better fret access and spruce bracing around a solid maple centerblock for excellent sustain and resonance with a minimum of feedback. It’s loaded with a gloss nitrocellulose ’34 Burst finish, dual Burstbucker Pro humbucking pickups, and wired up with a Memphis Tone Circuit Plus (MTC Plus), bringing you not only incredible looks, but hybrid tone to match too.
