| Cosmetic Condition: | This vintage Gibson guitar has aged well and is in good condition. The finish is glossy with checking and small dings scattered throughout. The screw holes from the original tailpiece and a shallow channel where the ground wire ran are visible on the top of the body. A repaired crack at the neck heel runs to the bass side pickup ring and on the back of the guitar. A repaired headstock break is also visible. These repairs are structurally stable and will not affect playability. The headstock shows some finish chipping and wear along its edges. The edge of the lower bout has a long scrape through the finish near the controls. The metal hardware is lightly tarnished with age. |
| Serial Number: | 580680 |
| Tech Notes: | The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The frets are medium width and tall with minimal play wear. The serial number suggests a 1966 date. |
