Inspired by Shawn’s small-bodied 1920s Martin, this FSC®-certified model pairs sapele back and sides with a spruce top for warm, balanced tone. A Performing Artist neck with high-performance taper ensures smooth playability, while the 000 body size provides clarity and comfort. Signature touches include a custom eagle inlay, a uniquely shaped faux tortoise pickguard, and the first Road Series straightline pyramid bridge, which lends the guitar its direct, vintage-inspired voice. By carrying timeless Martin heritage into a modern, sustainable build, this model reflects the enduring nature of both design and songwriting.
