Now you can get excited! This IS the larger Fender style Wide Range frame and cover. I have at long last sourced the full size Widerange Humbucker parts and they do sound like the old Fender Wide Range Humbucker. I hand wound them to true vintage WR specs with threaded rod magnets, or to your desired specs.
Over the years I have repaired many originals, and have reworked countless reissues to vintage specs since 2002, so I am very familiar with how these were made and how they SHOULD be made and sound.
