Electronics: Original electronics. The guitar has three single coil pickups, a five-way selector switch, a volume pot, and two tone pots. The visible pot code and the legible pickup stamp date to 1977. The neck pickup stamp appears to date to 1978.
Pickup Measurements: neck - 5.2 kΩ, middle - 5.1 kΩ, bridge - 5.0 kΩ
Hardware: The tuners have been replaced with Schallers. The neck has been refretted. All other hardware is original.

Modifications/Repairs: The tuners have been replaced with Schallers and new holes have been drilled to accommodate. The fingerboard has been planed, refretted, and refinished.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Fender guitar has aged well and is in good condition. The finish is glossy with checking, shallow dings, and some small finish chips. The back of the body shows light buckle rash and a larger finish chip near the back plate. The edges of the headstock are lightly worn and show some small dents and dings. The back of the headstock shows empty screw holes and some extra screws where the original tuners previously were. The metal hardware is lightly tarnished with age.
