Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with unbound rosewood veneer fretboard, dot inlays, and heel-adjust truss rod. There is an extra screw hole in the headstock face from a second string tree. The neck has a "22 APR 71B" heel stamp.
Electronics: Original Fender single coil pickups with grey bobbins. The 3-way switch appears to have been replaced, and the solder joints at the switch have been re-done. Original pots with master volume control, neck tone control, and middle pickup tone control. The pot codes date to 1970.
Pickup Measurements: 5.7k (neck), 5.6k (middle), 5.6k (bridge)
Hardware: The tuners and nut have been replaced. The trem arm is included, and the back plate is missing.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Fender Stratocaster is nicely aged, with heavier finish wear along the edges and sides of the body. The glossy finish has many small chips, dings, and scratches, with buckle rash on the back of the body. The back of the neck is glossy and smooth with few dings.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and the frets are tall with light play wear. The serial number, electronics, and neck stamp date the guitar to 1971.
