Finish Details: Original finish. There are small black touchups on the front of the body where a vibrato was mounted, around the bass heel, and on the back of the guitar headstock where previous tuner screws were installed.

Electronics: Original Gibson pickups, with patent number stickers on the humbuckers. There are spliced leads to the Fuzztone, as well as some touched up solder joints and replaced leads in the harness. The pot codes in the main control cavity date to 1966, and the pot codes for the Fuzztone date to 1962/1963.
Pickup Measurements: Guitar: 8.0k (neck), 8.0k (bridge); Bass: 28.1k (neck), 7.0k (bridge)
Hardware: The strap buttons are replaced.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson EBSF-1250 shows nice aging, with checking and light signs of play wear present on the glossy finish. There is moderate buckle rash on the back, along with sticker/tape shadows. There are filled holes from a vibrato on the front of the body, and the Fuzztone plate doesn't fully cover the cavity for the electronics.

Tech Notes: Both the guitar and bass necks play well with low action, and the truss rod is adjustable on each. The frets are low with minor play wear, and the serial number dates it to 1966.
