Hardware: | The tuners, nut, pick guard bracket, bridge, tail piece, knobs, switch tip, switch and output jack have all been replaced. The guitar originally had a trapeze tail piece and has been converted to a stop tail. The strap buttons, truss rod cover, pick guard and pickup rings appear to be original. |
Modifications/Repairs: | -The pickups have been replaced and the guitar has been fully rewired. The original stereo/varitone circuit has been removed and the guitar was converted to mono.output The tuners, nut, pick guard bracket, bridge, tail piece, knobs, switch tip, switch and output jack have all been replaced. -The guitar originally had a trapeze tail piece and has been converted to a stop tail. There are holes in the side of the lower bout around the trap button from the original tail piece. -The guitar has been refretted (there are numerous small rosewood chips missing around the frets as a result of the refret). |

Cosmetic Condition: | The guitar has heavy play wear. The finish is glossy with dents, scratches and checking throughout. The back of the body has moderate buckle rash. The finish on the back of the neck is worn thin. The metal hardware is tarnished with age. There is an empty hole on the top where the Varitione switch was located. |

Tech Notes: | -The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are wide with medium height and light play wear. -The serial number dates to 1970-75. The short center block indicated the guitar was built after 1972. |
