Gibson’s Sustainable series are constructed with responsibly harvested walnut back and sides. Designed and built with sustainability in mind, the L-00 Sustainable also features a richlite fingerboard and bridge made from recycled content mixed with pulp from responsibly sourced and harvested trees. It’s about as natural as it gets, all the way down to the hand-rubbed beeswax finish which helps to produce a beautiful, open tone to match the guitar’s distinctly organic look.
About Gibson Montana:
Luthier Orville Gibson founded the Gibson Mandolin-Guitar Mfg. Co. Ltd. in Kalamazoo, MI in 1902. Its original aim was to make mandolins and mandolin-family instruments.
