Electronics: The bass has been rewired with a three-way selector switch and the original rotary tone switch has been removed. It has two humbuckers, a three-way selector switch, a volume pot, and a two-band EQ. The visible pot code dates to 1974.
Pickup Measurements: neck - 6.1 kΩ, bridge - 6.2 kΩ

Modifications/Repairs: The bass has been rewired with a three-way selector switch and the original rotary tone switch has been removed. The fingerboard has been at least partially reglued. The original pickguard has been replaced and the original bridge cover has been removed.
Case Details: Original Hardshell Case
Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson bass has aged well and is in good condition. The finish is glossy with checking, light scratches, small dings and dents, and small finish chips scattered throughout. The edges of the fingerboard are checked and chipped. The footprint of the original bridge is faintly visible, and some empty screw holes remain where it and the bridge cover once were. The edges of the headstock are well worn. The metal hardware is tarnished with age.
