Finish Details: Original Polaris White finish. There is heavy finish wear, chipping, and checking throughout.

Electronics: Original Gibson Soap Bar pickups with a three-position switch, two volume pots, and two tone pots. The pots and wiring are original with the pots displaying 1965 dates.

Hardware: Original tuners, bridge posts, and tail-piece. The nut and bridge are not original. The tremolo is missing and not included with the guitar.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage SG is in good cosmetic condition with heavy play wear. The finish displays heavy chipping, dings, dents, scratches, and checking throughout. The treble side wing on the headstock has been reglued. It is stable and has been done properly.
Tech Notes: This SG plays well with low action. The frets are tall and show light wear. Although the serial number is not visible, it is being dated to early 1965 based on the pot codes, nut width, and cosmetic appointments.
