The neck has been reset. The bridge and tailpiece and tuners are not original. The volume knob has been replaced. One of the three swicth tips is replaced and mismatched. Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gretsch guitar has had considerable play wear and repairs. It shows nice aging. The finish has checking throughout, the hardware shows normal tarnishing, and the binding is checked throughout. The headstock had a break, and was reglued at one point. There is a nut and bolt through the headstock under the high E tuner that was used as part of the repair. There are non original screw holes under the pickup rings suggesting that other pickups had been installed at one point. There is finish deamination and wear underneath the saddle.
Serial Number: 82130
Tech Notes: This guitar plays well with optimal neck relief and low string action. The frets are medium-low with play wear
