Synergy | DRECT 2-channel All-tube Module
Switch Between the Heaviest, Most Harmonically-Saturated Sounds from the Past Three Decades of Heavy Music!
Synergy is known for taking the best parts of beloved amplifiers and putting them into easily exchangeable, all-analog, tube modules—and the Synergy DRECT preamp module is no exception!
Meticulously reproducing the game-changing character of the original “Rev C” amplifier, the Synergy DRECT preamp module available at Chicago Music Exchange accurately captures the signature girth and articulation heard on countless hard rock and metal classics!

Synergy DRECT 2-Channel Preamp
When the 100-watt, 2-channel dual rectifier amp emerged in the early 1990s, its low-mid punch and searing gain became the sonic foundation for countless bands seeking to amplify down-tuned aggression, causing a tectonic shift in the sonic landscape of heavy music. The Synergy DRECT is an all-tube, two-channel preamp module that pays homage to the legendary “Rev C”—the most revered among the various revisions released over the years, which left an indelible mark on heavy metal and hard rock music for over three decades!
Boasting the Orange channel's quintessential crunch and the Red channel's high-gain saturation, the Synergy DRECT preamp delivers even more flexibility than the original by letting users set each channel as either Orange or Red.
