Body Material: Mahogany
Body Details: Mahogany back and sides with spruce top. The top has repaired cracks underneath and in the vicinity of the pickguard, and there is a repaired crack on the back. The back crack has a mahogany cleat reinforcing it. Several braces have been reglued as well. The factory order number (FON) is visible on the heel block.

Hardware: The tuners have been replaced. There is a hairline crack at the bridge pins, which is not threatening the bridge.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has aged nicely, with attractive checking and authentic play wear on the glossy finish. There is a repaired crack visible between the pickguard and bridge, along with play wear around the soundhole and on the bass bout. There are small chips and dings around the body, along with a couple spots of stand rash on the sides of the body. The back of the neck is glossy with light checking, and there is an outline of a sticker on the headstock face. There is a hairline crack visible along the four lowest bridge pins.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief; the frets are tall with no wear, as they are new. The FON dates the guitar to 1957.
