| Cosmetic Condition: | This vintage Gibson L-00 is nicely aged and worn. The finish shows heavy aging with scratches, checking, fading, and dings throughout. Multiple crack repairs are visible. A hole has been drilled into the back of the neck heel. The finish has faded near the pickguard and on the back of the neck near the headstock. The "G" tuner is heavily bent. "Merle Haggard" has been scratched onto the back. |

| Tech Notes: | This guitar plays well with medium-low action. The frets are tall with light play wear. Because the guitar has binding on the back of the body and is painted black, we are dating it to 1938. The black finish was discontinued in 1938. The factory order number is not fully visible. |
