Pickup Measurements: Neck: 7 kΩ, Bridge: 7.1 kΩ
Hardware: Original Chrome -- The 3rd string slot on the bridge has had a piece of fret installed to allow for a plain G-string. Traditionally, this type of bridge was designed for a wound 3rd.
Modifications/Repairs: Slightly modified bridge -- The 3rd strings tuner post has been replaced
Case Details: Original hard shell case
Cosmetic Condition: This Starfire III shows light play wear. Finish checking is visible throughout the instrument. The back of the body shows some light buckle rash. The binding has shrunk and lifted in some areas but is secure. The headstock veneer has lifted around the edge toward the nut but is secure, as well.

Tech Notes: Currently, setup with 10-gauge strings, low action, and optimal neck relief. The medium frets show light play wear. -- The serial number prefix dates this guild from 1965. -- The bridge has minimal downward adjustability. Regardless, the action is able to be set to standard specs. If lower action is desired a neck reset should be considered.
