Taylor Academy 10e Dreadnought Sitka/Sapele Maple Neck ES-B LEFTY
Fit for both for beginner players and experienced guitarists, Taylor’s Academy series distills each version down to its essential ingredients, combining playing comfort, inspiring sound, and a minimalist aesthetic—all of which amount to an accessible price. Featuring a comfortable armrest, Academy series models pair layered sapele back and sides, with a solid Sitka spruce top to generate projection, clarity and volume.
Dreadnought
Taylor’s most traditional body design has been continuously refined over the years to create a clearer, more balanced sound to go with its ultra-playable neck. Retaining a traditional X-bracing framework, Taylor’s Dreadnought body shape provides a robust “modern vintage” voice with low-end power, a snappy midrange, and punchy trebles, for a traditional look and sound that responds especially well to flatpicking and a strong attack.
ES-B Electronics
These models also include a built-in ES-B pickup that offers clear, natural amplified tone, as well as a digital tuner with an easy-to-read LED display.
