Fender | Cory Wong Stratocaster
A Sapphire Blue Strat for the Vulfpeck pro.
You know his Grammy-nominated grooves for the earwigs they are—greasy, slinky, and most importantly, funky. Now the Fearless Flyer gets a funky Fender of his own.
Featuring a slightly scaled-down alder body, the Cory Wong Stratocaster is a subtly customized twist on the classic, complete with signature Seymour Duncan pickups, vintage-style six-screw synchronized tremolo, modified headstock, deluxe locking tuners, and an Ultra™ Modern “D”-shape maple neck with a compound-radius, 10-14” rosewood fingerboard for a comfortable feel and high-performance playing experience.
Fit for a funk master, the Cory Wong Stratocaster comes finished in a Sapphire Blue Transparent urethane gloss, and tucked in the deluxe hardshell case is a Cory Wong hair tie. (Seriously. You won’t be laughing when you use it to mute those tremolo springs for a crazy-crispy rhythm tone.)
