Introducing | Browne Amplification
Two popular pedals with surprising sound
Prioritizing form as well as function, Browne Amplification, one of our newest effects brands, makes pedals for working musicians. Their simple, straightforward enclosures are consistent across the brand's catalog, designed to be user-friendly, dependable, and precisely engineered with reliable, high-quality circuitry for top-tier performance day in and day out.
T4 Fuzz
The Browne Amplification T4 Fuzz is the brand’s newest offering. In keeping with the straightforward character, the T4 is a four-transistor fuzz in a simple, gray, three-knob enclosure, but kick it on to experience a silky-smooth surprise.
Designed with less gain, the T4 is sweet and versatile yet still just as ferocious as you want it to be, and the unique, flattened EQ curve helps you cut right through the mix with a little extra mid-range.
Protein Dual Overdrive
The Browne Amplification Protein Dual Overdrive, available in Black, White, or Green, embodies everything that makes a Browne so special.
This three-channel overdrive features a Blue side and a Green side. Modeled after a classic OD (think John Mayer’s Continuum), the Blue side serves up a timeless tone with extra output and more control. The Green side takes its inspiration from Music City, building on a “Nashville”-style overdrive with extra mids, a little less gain, and a clearer low end. Fire up the third channel to stack the two for a rich, full sound with incredible definition.
Don’t let the looks fool you. The Browne sound is so much more than meets the eye. To try the Protein Dual Overdrive or T4 Fuzz, call, click, or schedule your appointment to stop in and use one of our demo rooms. These are pedals built to work.

Released on September 30, 1982, Nebraska marked a radical departure for Bruce Springsteen. Springsteen had planned to re-record the songs with the E Street Band, but the raw demos—haunting, intimate, and unvarnished—proved more powerful than any full-band attempt. In their imperfection, he found a truth he couldn’t recreate.
