What Makes Two-Rock Different?
At the heart of every Two-Rock is the boutique build quality with careful component selection, and handwired construction. This includes the selection of 6L6GC power tubes for most models, which contribute to big, round, and open American-style tone. These tubes are selected with the goal of contributing to their responsive feel and massive headroom, although lower-wattage models utilize 6V6 tubes for earlier breakup and a more mid-forward tone.
Another defining feature of Two-Rock Amplifiers is their extensive tone-shaping controls. With switches for gain structure, tone-stack bypass, and brightness (depending on the model), those who obsess over every little detail will love the wide variety of beautiful tones they can achieve with the flip of a switch and the turn of a knob.
