Description & Specs

Whatever creative direction your music takes you in, this controller will help you master it. Hugely expressive piano-weighted keybed, high quality build, amazing integration with a top-notch software collection, KeyLab MkII has it all.

KeyLab 88 MkII features one of the finest hammer-action, piano-weighted, aftertouch-enabled keybeds ever made: the Fatar TP/100LR.
When a light-weight keyboard simply won’t do, Arturia’s premier controller keyboard rises to the challenge of even the most demanding pianists and session players. The superb Fatar design is well known in the industry as the “weapon of choice” when it comes to high quality keybeds, providing beautifully tactile response.

A weighted hammer action with real moving mechanical parts perfectly emulates the iconic balance and strike feeling of a traditional acoustic piano, but with all the benefits of a modern MIDI controller.

KeyLab 88 MkII’s back panel sports a wealth of pedal inputs too, and can be geared up to offer unmatched control in the studio and on stage. On top of the usual sustain and expression pedal inputs, you’ll also find three - yes, three - auxiliary pedal inputs that can be assigned in the Arturia MCC.

Maybe you’d like to control amp gain, tremolo speed, and keyboard balance when you’re using an organ VST instrument like you’ll be able to find in Analog Lab? No problem. If you’re a guitarist who uses amp simulation on stage, can you imagine how incredible it would be to be able to have dedicated pedals for your wah, volume, and reverb levels? Whatever custom creative setup you can imagine, KeyLab 88 MkII can make it happen.

When you’re in the creative zone, you need music tools that encourage you.
Every aspect of KeyLab 88 MkII has been carefully crafted to keep distractions to a minimum, and provide time-saving shortcuts that will keep your mind in the game.

KeyLab 88 MkII features three distinct modes that you can instantly switch between for insanely efficient workflow.

Analog Lab V gives you thousands of the best preset sounds from our award-winning V Collection instruments that made music history, all in one convenient place.
Analog synthesizers. Digital synthesizers. Acoustic pianos. Electric pianos. Organs. Strings machines. Samplers. You name it, Analog Lab has it. With the best of 24 vintage instrument reproductions on tap, this amazing software instrument hub lets you transcend time and style by arming you with everything from the most iconic sounds of the past to modern sound designs that are cutting edge today.

Whether you’re composing, recording or performing, over 7,000 sounds cover every song, genre, mood and ambience you can think of—no programming required. Use it standalone or with your favorite DAW.

We’re all musicians here at Chicago Music Exchange and we want you to love the gear you get from us. We understand that sometimes you get a piece of gear that doesn’t work out for you. That’s why we offer an easy return policy to take the stress out of purchasing from us.

If you decide you'd like to return an item, please contact your Sales Rep, chat us, or give us a call.

If you placed your order on Amazon or eBay, we advise issuing the return request from your account on the platform of purchase - our Customer Service team will process a refund upon receipt of the item(s).

Most new items may be returned within 30 days of delivery and most vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please pack the product safely for the journey back to us. If the product was shipped for free, the charge will be deducted from refund, unless the reason for the return is outside normal circumstances.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order was received incorrectly, damaged, or defective. Most times we will give you an RA number (Return Authorization). Why is that number important? This will allow us to speed up the process of the return.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee based on the return condition. Some items we just can’t take back for returns, due to a one time function like strings or drums heads and other times it’s not sanitary to do so with microphones or harmonicas. We strive to get your return processed quickly. Most of the time we have it done within two business days. Funds going back to credit cards usually takes two to four business days.
