A rare opportunity to acquire an exceptionally clean, beautifully patina’d 1923 Gibson F-5 Lloyd Loar Mandolin—widely regarded as the pinnacle of vintage Gibson mandolins and among the most sought-after Loar-signed mandolins ever produced. Formerly owned and played by Zac Brown, this instrument has seen real use at his Nashville studio, Southern Ground Nashville Studio, and in the hands of top-tier artists chasing the definitive bluegrass mandolin tone.

Finish Details: Original finish except for light over-spray on the back of the neck. This is only present on the back of the neck between the nut and the neck heel. The finish on the headstock is original.
