Mythos Guitar Pedals was born out of one guitarist’s obsession with tone. Founder Zach Broyles began tinkering with circuits back in the mid-2000s, first modifying existing effects before creating his own. By 2010, Mythos had a name. By 2017, Mythos moved to Nashville for it's full-time calling. What started as a way to build pedals for himself and friends has since grown into one of the most respected names in the boutique pedal world—crafted by musicians, for musicians.
At the heart of Mythos is a simple idea: effects don’t have to be complicated to inspire. Whether you’re chasing the soaring character of the Hera Overdrive, the vintage growl of the Chilton Fuzz, or the legendary clarity of the Mjolnir Klon, each pedal is designed to serve the song, not distract from it. Need space and shimmer? The Orion Reverb and Daedalus delay deliver lush soundscapes without a manual the size of a phone book. Looking for something compact and gritty? The Argonaut octave pedal packs huge character into a small footprint.
For the working guitarist, the weekend player, and the tone-obsessed alike, Mythos offers tools that celebrate the joy of plugging in and getting lost in sound. Built by a small team outside Nashville, every pedal embodies the Mythos philosophy: simple, musical, and timeless.
