"Custom builder based out of Nashville, Indiana who builds very few guitars a year. Made a few for John Mellancamp and made this to my manager's specs who gave it to me as a gift. It's similar to a D-45 in appointments but with stunning maple back and sides. It had my name inlayed across the entire fretboard and I absolutely refused to play it like that, so I sent it back to cover it up, but you can still see the shadow if you look closely. Played it in a lot of sessions. Really great guitar. Big sound and super crytal clear highs." - John Oates
