An updated version of classic drums of the 60's, C & C's Maple Gum offers a unique sound, ideal for recording or live performance. Think loud, vintage 60's/70's with ample low-end to spare.
Maple Gum's 6-ply Maple/Gum/Maple shell features batter-side Bread & Butter bearing edges, resonant-side Full Contact edges for wider tuning range and better consistency across the sound spectrum. The inner (maple) ply of the shell runs horizontally, which increases shell strength and adds tonal brightness. Maple Gum comes standard with 3mm triple flanged hoops, C&C's single-ended Deco lugs, and modern telescoping spurs.
Toms, Floor Toms, and Bass Drums are all available in a choice of different depths and a choice of either matte or gloss finish. Auto Hi-Gloss finish is also available for an additional up-charge. Please consult your C&C dealer for more information.
