Cosmetic Condition: | The guitar shows heavy age, with finish hazing, checking, and other assorted wear. Several areas of binding have been reglued, with associated finish wear, and the binding along the body waist has been split to close the gaps as it has shrunk with age. There is heavy wear and a footprint visible around the replaced bridge, and the original finish on the headstock has faded and cracked. The back of the neck is smooth with only a few light scratches. |

Tech Notes: | The guitar plays well with low action and minor neck relief, and is currently set up with 12-53 phosphor bronze strings. The replaced bridge is slightly forward of the original location, and so the guitar intonates slightly sharp. The frets are narrow and low, and the truss rod is adjustable. The serial number dates to 1957. |
