Its acoustic bass body produces deep, naturally resonant low end with surprising clarity and articulation – while the sculpted cutaway keeps the upper register fully accessible for melodic runs and expressive playing. The solid Sitka Spruce top and laminate Mahogany back and sides – reinforced by scalloped X-bracing – produce a tone that’s full, balanced and unmistakably alive. Additional features include, sealed gear split-shaft tuning keys hold your tuning through the longest sets, a Micarta® nut and saddle maximize tonal transfer string to string, and coated phosphor bronze strings mean more playing, less changing. Plug in with confidence with the onboard Fishman® CD-1 preamp system with onboard tuner for stage-ready amplification.
