Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with bound rosewood fretboard, block inlays, and heel-adjust truss rod. The neck has been refretted and the nut has been replaced. The neck has a "20 OCT 67 B" heel stamp.
Electronics: Original single coil pickups and electronics, with 3-way toggle selector switch and volume/tone controls for each pickup. The pots codes are obscured, but are original to the instrument. The pickups have September 13 1967 date stamps; the neck pickup lead has a splice as well.

Hardware: The nut has been replaced.

Cosmetic Condition: The bass has aged nicely, with checking throughout the glossy body and neck finish. The body has numerous small chips, dings, and other small blemishes, and the back of the neck has some small dents as well.

Tech Notes: The bass plays well with low action and minor neck relief; the frets are medium height with minor wear, and the truss rod is adjustable. The neck stamp, pickup dates, and serial number date the bass to 1967.
