In the forward position on the switch, the neck pickup is isolated with only the volume control tied to it, in the middle position, both pickups are engaged with only the volume control, in the back position is the neck and bridge pickups with volume and now with the blend engaged. With the blend control all the way up, the bridge pickup is isolated, turning it down blends in the neck pickup. A stock Telecaster wiring harness is included in the case.
