Description & Specs

This item is in great condition and is barely used, showing only minor signs of usage from display on our showroom floor.

The Artisan Koa Thinline Stratocaster is an enticing and elegant guitar with everything you’d expect in playability and tone from the Fender Custom Shop. Stunning in look, sound and feel, it has a hollow roasted-ash body with an “F” hole and 4A figured koa top, which makes for an unusually alluring aesthetic and distinctive tone. The 3A birdseye maple neck is sculpted with a comfortable 1960 “oval-C” profile, topped by a beautiful Macassar ebony fingerboard with a compound radius (9.5”-12”) and 21 narrow tall frets.

The 11-hole single-ply brown shell pickguard holds three hand-wound Fat ’60s pickups, with five-way switching and Strat 1/2 Blender wiring, which lets the player blend in the neck pickup in switch positions 1 and 2 for extra tonal options. Other features include Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo, vintage-style tuning machines with brown shell buttons, bone nut, and “wing” string tree with metal spacer. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.

We’re all musicians here at Chicago Music Exchange and we want you to love the gear you get from us. We understand that sometimes you get a piece of gear that doesn’t work out for you. That’s why we offer an easy return policy to take the stress out of purchasing from us.

If you decide you'd like to return an item, please contact your Sales Rep, chat us, or give us a call.

If you placed your order on Amazon or eBay, we advise issuing the return request from your account on the platform of purchase - our Customer Service team will process a refund upon receipt of the item(s).

Most new items may be returned within 30 days of delivery and most vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please pack the product safely for the journey back to us. If the product was shipped for free, the charge will be deducted from refund, unless the reason for the return is outside normal circumstances.
