Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with unbound Brazilian rosewood veneer fretboard, dot inlays, and heel-adjust truss rod. The nut has been replaced and there is an open screw hole in the headstock face from a second string tree. The neck heel has a "4 JUL 65 B" stamp.
Electronics: Original single coil Fender pickups with grey fiberboard bobbins and March 1965 date markings. Original wiring harness with 3-way selector switch, rhythm circuit switch and volume/tone controls, and lead circuit tone controls. The ground wire from the brass body plates to the tremolo plate has been replaced, and some solder joints have been touched up. The pot codes date to 1963 and 1965.
Pickup Measurements: 7.9k (neck), 7.9k (bridge)
Hardware: The nut has been replaced. The vibrato arm is included in the case.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Fender Jazzmaster has aged nicely; the refinished white body has pronounced checking lines along with various small finish chips and dings. The back of the neck is worn comfortably smooth, and the hardware is nicely tarnished.
