This Jazzmaster came playable straight out of the box. It felt like it was already setup! Plugged it in and jammed for a couple hours as soon as it arrived. All of my electronics were properly installed and it the pickups gave me every ounce of that Jazzmaster sound no hum or any issues from the factory. After I got it set up it really started to shine. It’s a top quality guitar for the price. Trem system is a dream and the standard tuners hold tune very well. (I think they’re the American made tuners which is also a bonus) I’m setup with 11’s and 12’s most of the time so I don’t have any bridge issues but if you want lighter strings you’ll need to buy an aftermarket bridge for sure if the bridge buzz bothers you. You can truly play any style with these pickups and having series is an incredible tool as well. One of the most versatile guitars I’ve ever played so far! You almost wouldn’t know it was a MIM. Now I really want to get the olive green and the Georgia peach just to add to my collection. PROPER guitar for a decent price! Get the gig bag to keep it pretty you won’t regret it!
The customer service was great both my items arrived a day early,This color was an exclusive to CME and I been waiting for a chance to get my hands on a shell pink jazzmaster again this ond just happens to blow the old one I had out the water. Playability out the box was great just needed to be tuned up a bit. Pickups sound fantastic. The fretboard actually looks, plays and sounds great. I was worried about the new wood but I'm a fan. It plays as nice as guitars twice its price range. The bridge has always been a problem for some players I'm not a heavy strummed and usually have 11s on my guitar so not a huge deal.. But I have a mastery on the way bevsuse I like the guitar that much. CME was awesome.

If you decide you'd like to return an item, please contact your Sales Rep, chat us, or give us a call.
If you placed your order on Amazon or eBay, we advise issuing the return request from your account on the platform of purchase - our Customer Service team will process a refund upon receipt of the item(s).
Most new items may be returned within 30 days of delivery and most vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please pack the product safely for the journey back to us. If the product was shipped for free, the charge will be deducted from refund, unless the reason for the return is outside normal circumstances.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order was received incorrectly, damaged, or defective. Most times we will give you an RA number (Return Authorization). Why is that number important? This will allow us to speed up the process of the return.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee based on the return condition. Some items we just can’t take back for returns, due to a one time function like strings or drums heads and other times it’s not sanitary to do so with microphones or harmonicas.
