| Cosmetic Condition: | This vintage Fender bass is in good cosmetic condition; the refinished body and neck are in clean condition with various light marks, scratches, and chips. There are some heavier finish chips along the treble side of the body, and the back of the neck has a couple small dings. The headstock face has some light checking around the tuners and on the back, and there are spots at the A and D tuners which have been filled with epoxy. |

| Tech Notes: | The bass plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The truss rod is adjustable, and the wide frets show minimal wear. The headstock has developed a slight twist from years of string tension, but the neck is straight and the bass sets up well. The neck pocket stamp and the serial number date this bass to 1953. |
