Neck Details: One-piece maple neck with a rosewood veneer board, center dot inlays, heel truss adjustment -- The "B" at the end of the heel stamp (see internal pix) suggests the nut width measure to 1-5/8" . The actual measurement is closer to 1-19/32". -- There is a doweled screw hole on the back of the neck just behind the neck pocket.
Electronics: Three "gray bottom" single-coil pickups, 3-way blade pickup selector switch, master volume control, neck pickup tone control, middle pickup tone control -- The two tone control pots codes date to 1970. The volume control pot code is not fully visible due to solder. The pot does match the other two, however. -- The middle pickup appears to have been swapped from another guitar at some point. This is made evident by the bobbins slightly different shade of gray. The neck and bridge pickups are original. The neck and bridge pickups date to 1971. -- Solder joint touch-ups are apparent
Pickup Measurements: Neck: 8.2 kΩ / Middle: 8 kΩ / Bridge: 8.2 kΩ
Hardware: The high-E saddle spring and the middle pickups bass side mounting bolt are not original. -- Miscellaneous screws have been replaced. -- The back plate is missing. -- The trem arm and two more trem springs are included within the hard shell. -- The G-string tuning machine has been replaced.

Case Details: Original Hard Shell Case
Cosmetic Condition: This guitar shows nice play wear throughout. The edge of the bass side waist as well as other areas throughout the sides and edges have sections where the finish has chipped away. Finish checking can be seen throughout the body and dents and dings are present on the top. The back of the neck is dinged around the lower register. The finish on the headstock face has ambered and checked. Miscellaneous dings and dents are present, as well. The hardware shows tarnish and patina.
Serial Number: 275122
Tech Notes: Currently, set up with 10-gauge strings and low action. The frets are skinny and low showing moderate play wear. -- The serial number and pot codes date this instrument from the year 1970, but the neck and bridge pickups date to 1971 so we are calling it a 1971.
