Electronics: A Dimarzio P-Bass pickup has been installed in the bridge position. The guitar was routed to accommodate this pickup. In addition, holes were drilled and a three way selector and volume and tone pots have been added for this pickup. The neck pickup is original. The volume and tone pots for the neck pickup are original and date to 1968, but the holes they occupy are not original to the guitar. The three-way switch and the volume and tone pots for the bridge pickup are not original. The output jack is original.
Pickup Measurements: Neck - 32.2k ohms, Bridge - 18.0k ohms

Modifications/Repairs: A Dimarzio P-Bass pickup has been installed in the bridge position. The guitar was routed to accommodate this pickup. In addition, holes were drilled and a three way selector and volume and tone pots have been added for this pickup. The thumb rest was removed. The nut has been shimmed.
Case Details: Hardshell Case
Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson EB-0 is nicely aged and worn. The finish is glossy with scratches, chips, and dings throughout. There is light finish checking on the back of the neck near the headstock. There is a gash in the wood on the back of the neck, near the 9th fret. There are four small drill holes underneath the bridge. The hardware is nicely aged. Four stickers have been added to the top of the body.

Tech Notes: The bass plays well with medium-low action. The frets are wide and medium height with light play wear. The serial number dates to 1969.
