| Cosmetic Condition: | This vintage Gibson guitar is in good condition. The finish is glossy with extensive checking and wear near the binding of the body. Small dings are scattered throughout and the back of the body shows light buckle rash. An empty screw hole is visible at the heel of the neck where the strap button once was, and a screw fills a hole nearby on the edge of the body. The edges of the headstock are well worn with a dent near the D string tuning post. The first three frets show some dents in the fingerboard. The metal hardware has tarnished nicely with age. |
| Serial Number: | 72809 |
| Tech Notes: | The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The frets are wide and tall with minimal play wear. The serial number suggests a 1964 date, but we are dating the guitar to 1966 due to the pot codes. |
