Cosmetic Condition: | This vintage ES-335 is in good cosmetic condition with moderate wear. There are dings, dents, scratches, and checks throughout. There are a few small spots of finish touch up. |
Serial Number: | 91976 |
Tech Notes: | This ES-335 plays well with low action. The frets are tall and show light wear. Originally, this was a 1963 ES-335. For an unknown reason, the instrument was sent back to Gibson in 1968 to be re-necked. In addition to it having a 1968 spec neck being installed, the hardware and electronics from that era were also installed. Furthermore, while at the factory, Gibson re-serialized the instrument with a 1968 serial number. |
