Body Details: Laminate maple top, back, and sides with center block that runs the full length of the body. -A stop bar tailpiece has been installed.

Neck Details: Mahogany set neck with bound rosewood fingerboard. -This instrument has been refretted.
Electronics: Modified electronics. This guitar has been fully rewired in a mono configuration. Two patent number sticker pickups, three-way pickup selector switch, volume and tone controls for each pickup, 6-way rotary Vari-tone switch. - The pickup leads are spliced. The solder joints to the pickup covers have been modified as the covers may not be original. -Pots and caps are not original. - A Stellartone Tonestyler Vari-Tone has been installed.
Pickup Measurements: Neck: 7.6 kΩ, Bridge: 7.5 kΩ
Hardware: The bridge, tailpiece, nut, and strap buttons are not original.
Modifications/Repairs: -Guitar has been refinished. -Stop bar tailpiece has been installed. -Rewired in mono. -Pickup leads have been spliced and pickup cover solder joints have been touched up. Covers may not be original. -Pots and caps are not original. -Stellartone Tonestyler Vari-tone has been installed. The bridge, tailpiece, nut, and strap buttons are not original.
Case Details: The original hardshell case is structurally secure with some cosmetic wear, contains the original nut.
Cosmetic Condition: This instrument has been refinished. It shows light play wear including scratches, dents, and areas of worn finish. There is finish checking and some light blemishes on the body and neck.
Serial Number: 677992
Tech Notes: This guitar plays well with low action. Currently set up with 10 gauge strings an optimal neck relief. The frets are tall and narrow, they show light play wear. The serial number dates to '70-'72, the style of volute on the back of the neck and the length of the center block in the body indicate that this guitar was most likely produced before December in 1972.
