Electronics: Original Gibson patent number humbuckers, pots, and wiring. There are no visible pot codes but all components appear to be original. Controls include a 3-way pickup selector, volume and tone pots for each pickup, and 6-way varitone switch.

Hardware: All original -imprints from previously installed tuner bushings are visible on the headstock veneer

Modifications/Repairs: Imprints from a replacement set of tuner bushings are visible on the headstock veneer. The original tuners have since been reinstalled.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has light play wear for its age. The finish has nice finish checking and minor scratches/dings throughout.
Serial Number: 979779
Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The truss rod is adjustable. Frets are tall, wide, and show only minor signs of play wear. The serial number and appointments date this guitar to 1968.
