Electronics: Original Gibson "tarback" humbuckers in neck and bridge positions. Controls include a 3-way toggle switch, volume and tone pots for each pickup, and a 2-way coil tap switch on the lower horn. Pot codes are not clearly visible, but all components and wiring appear to be original.
Pickup Measurements: Neck - 15.41kΩ Bridge - 15.80kΩ
Hardware: All original
Modifications/Repairs: There are a couple of stable, repaired cracks in the laminate top below the pickguard and around the output jack
Case Details: Original hardshell case in good condition. "Sunburst 1979 ES-347" has been written in sharpie on the top of the case and is hardly visible.
Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has light play wear. Minor scratches, dings, and chips throughout. There are a couple of stable, repaired cracks in the laminate top below the pickguard and around the output jack. There is some light finish wear on the back near the strap button and light buckle rash.

Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The truss rod is adjustable and the frets are low, wide, and show only minor signs of play wear. The bridge is bottomed out on the treble side, so the action adjustability is limited. The serial number dates this guitar to 1979. The guitar is a factory second.
