Body Material: Mahogany
Body Details: Solid mahogany body with curly maple top. There are several filled screw holes underneath the pickguard from the original guard.
Neck Material: Maple
Fingerboard Material: Ebony
Neck Profile: "C" profile
Neck Thickness (IN): .82" (1st fret), 1.01" (12th fret)
Fingerboard Radius: 12.00"
Nut Width: 1-11/16"
Scale Length: 24 3/4"
Neck Details: Set-in three piece maple neck with unbound ebony fretboard and dot inlays. There is a repaired crack in the headstock, visible from the back, around which the finish has been removed. The nut has also been shimmed.
Electronics: The guitar has been fully rewired, with a Seymour Duncan '59 neck pickup and Gibson '57 Classic bridge pickup. Controls include 3-way toggle switch, volume controls for the neck & bridge pickups, and master tone control. The pots are modern, and do not have date codes.

Hardware: The pickguard and strap buttons are not original.

Case Details: Hardshell case
Cosmetic Condition: The guitar shows appropriate cosmetic wear for its age; the finish is glossy with swirls, light scratches, and other small blemishes. The back and sides of the body have numerous small dings and finish chips, and the back of the body has moderate buckle rash. There is a repaired crack in the headstock, visible from the back, around which the finish has been sanded away. The serial number is somewhat difficult to read as a result, but is still visibile.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action, and is currently set up with 10s. The neck has a slight S-curve, but the guitar is set up to accommodate this. The frets are wide and low with minor wear. The serial number dates to 1983.
