Body Details: Arched maple back and sides with arched spruce top. There are two small repaired cracks underneath the bridge, where the internal braces have also been reglued.

Case Details: Original Hardshell Case
Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson acoustic guitar has aged very nicely, with light checking and very light signs of use from a century of play. The glossy body has light scratches, some small chips, and a few minor areas of case rash and wear from the pickguard mounts. There is are two small repaired cracks under the bridge, which are supported by the reglued top braces. The back of the neck is worn nicely smooth, and the headstock face shows light hazing.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and the original narrow frets are low with moderate play wear. The serial number and construction appointments date this guitar to 1918.
