Neck Details: Glossy mahogany neck with bound Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and pearloid dot inlays. The neck has been refretted.
Electronics: Original Gibson soapbar P90's in neck and bridge positions. Controls include a 3-way toggle switch and volume and tone pots for each pickup. The wiring has been touched up/reassembled and the pot codes date to 1960.
Pickup Measurements: Neck - 9.64kΩ Bridge - 8.53kΩ
Hardware: -Grover tuners have been installed -a metal jack plate has been installed
Modifications/Repairs: -the guitar has been fully refinished -the neck has been refretted -a crack at the neck joint underneath the neck pickup has been repaired -the original tuners have been replaced with Grover tuners -a metal jack plate has been installed -the wiring has been touched up/reassembled during the refinishing process
Case Details: Hardshell case has some wear but is in good condition
Cosmetic Condition: The new finish has minimal wear. There are a few scratches and checks throughout. The hardware is lightly tarnished from age.
Serial Number: 910605
Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The new frets are tall, wide, and show only minor signs of play wear. The serial number and appointments indicate a production year of 1959, but the pot codes date to 1960.
