Modifications/Repairs: The body was refinished in white. The pick guard has been painted black. The thumb rest and string cover were removed. The bridge, the knobs, and the nut have been replaced.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson Melody Maker bass is nicely aged and worn. The body was refinished in white. The finish is glossy with scratches, chips, dings, and spots of discoloration throughout. There is light finish checking along the back of the neck and on the face of the headstock. The pick guard has been painted black and it has some cracks and chips.

Tech Notes: This bass plays well with optimal neck relief and low action. The frets are tall wide and medium height with light play wear. The serial number dates to 1966.
