Neck Details: Set mahogany neck with unbound Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and dot inlays. The nut and the high E tuning machine have been replaced. There is a chip that has been reglued under the low E tuner on the back of the headstock, and a small area of finish touchup on headstock face near the high E tuner post.
Electronics: Original Hi-Lo'Tron pickup with volume and tone controls. The guitar has been rewired. The original bad pot that was pulled from the wiring dates to 1965.

Hardware: The knobs, strap buttons, pickguard, nut, and high E tuning machine have been replaced. All other hardware is original.

Cosmetic Condition: This guitar is in good condition with wear consistent with age. The finish is worn and hazy. There are scratches, dents, dings, and finish chips throughout. The hardware has a strong patina.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are narrow and low, with minor wear. The serial number dates from 1964 to early 1965, and the original pot pulled from the guitar dates to 1965.
