| Cosmetic Condition: | This vintage Guild guitar is in good condition. The finish is glossy with dings, small scratches, and finish checking scattered throughout. The lower bout has two round collections of scratches near the flame decal on the bass side. The top and sides of the body have been refinished to a blue sparkle with stripes and flame decals; the rest of the guitar is its original red finish. The top screw hole for the original truss rod cover is visible. The back of the body shows discoloration around its perimeter, and the back of the neck shows some finish chipping and scratching near the higher positions. The headstock shows finish wear around the edges and a small chunk has been taken out near the G string tuner. The metal hardware is lightly tarnished with age. |
