Description

One of the most desirable Humbuckers of all time has been faithfully recreated by the team at LSL Instruments. Using our own special formula close enough to the original to call it a true PAF, but just different enough to call it an LSL creation. We have found the sweet spot that LSL owners have enjoyed for almost 15 years in our hand crafted USA made guitars. All of our pickups are hand wound in SoCal with the highest levels of care and quality. Not only are they hand wound, but we go the extra mile and scatter wind all of our pickups, which makes them more lively and responsive to your specific pick attack along with being highly articulate and dynamic. Scatter wound techniques take longer but the payoff is worth the effort. Especially for the player that uses coil taps, as each coil retains it’s true single coil essence. All this with a roughly .7k bump in output for just a bit more bite in the bridge and a whopping approx 2k bump in the neck for fatter tones that cut through in the mix live or in studio.

Specifications

  • Wiring 4 Conductor
  • Magnet Alnico 5
  • Bridge DCR 8.7k (Approx)
  • Hand wound
  • Scatter wound
