Body Material: Mahogany
Body Details: Spruce top with mahogany back and sides. -There is an area of repaired cracks on the bass side lower bout, which are structurally secure. -Repaired crack near the tailblock. There are two open screw holes in the body near the end graft. -Plugged hole on the treble side of the body, probably from an output jack. -Some small repaired cracks in the top near the pickguard. -Some internal braces have been reglued.

Cosmetic Condition: This guitar has moderate wear for its age. -The body has scratches, dents, buckle rash, areas of worn finish around the soundhole and sides of the body, and some cosmetic damage around the crack repairs (see body details). There is a plugged hole on the treble side of the body. -The neck has scratches, dents, heavily worn finish from playing, and some chipped/worn finish around the edges of the headstock.
Serial Number: 94437
Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and is currently set up with 12 gauge phosphor bronze strings. The narrow frets are tall with light wear, including a few small divots under the treble strings up to the fourth fret. The serial number dates this guitar to 1946.
